Welcome to the Caithness 7s
Image of the Caithness 7s logo Welcome to the official Caithness 7s web site, home of the Caithness Amatuer Sevens Winter Football League.

We are located in Caithness, Scotland and our competition takes place in the town of Thurso on the legendary all weather Naver Park. Our football seasons typically runs from October to March with out two divisions playing concurrent evenings.

Weather can vary from beautifully calm to high winds and occasional snow blizzards keeping players and referee's on their toes!

Our sevens football is different on a variety of levels...
For one, all league games take place on the same park (split into two) and on the same night - making it a great night out for sideline supporters!

Click to preview the Caithness 7s on facebook From a game point of view we have lots of variation:-
  • Unlimited Substitutions "allow veteran players to participate"
  • No Sliding Tackles "keep players safer during matches"
  • Kick-In's "instead of throw-ins, ensure increased goal-scoring action!"
